Jacqueline Linarez (Jacky) is 40 years young. We do not believe in the word old over here! She spent most of her childhood in the Philippines and event attended college there at the University of De La Salle University finishing there with double major in BS-Psychology and Marketing. From there on, her ambitions took over and she decided to also pursue "The American Dream." Jacqueline came to America in 2005 and immediately noticed the reality of the nature of things. She saw immediately that she is against the odds by being from asian descent, a woman, and had no family support since her whole family, including her 3 year old son, were all in the Philippines. Luckily, she was able to find a job as a caregiver. Immediately, she was in love with this job and this ended up being a pinnacle decision in her life. Jacky began to notice through her time in working as a caregiver that there are needs of patients that are not met. Alongside this, she noticed that unfair wages and treatment of caregivers. This motivated Jacky to start a business that caters to very reasonable needs of patients and caregivers combined. To bridge this gap, Pink Angels Home Caregiving INC. was founded on December of 2010. As with starting any business, Jacky was faced with a multitude of struggles. Pink Angels Home Caregiving INC. was purely founded because of the principles and values that Jacky holds so dear. She believes that empathy is the core to any business and that being empathetic is a service that we should be giving to all humans. With the confidence that was developed through the struggles and the dedication that was always present, Jacky is able to do what she loves as her job, which is simply to help people.
